For this sound installation, a voice memo was embedded in a tin can and played aloud through a Bluetooth speaker, addressed to a childhood friend I never saw again. Installed in a shadowy room, the piece becomes a fragile offering — both absurd and intimate — calling into the distance with the guarantee of no reply. Also exhibited at Show Vacancy in Florence.
